    For online bookings, a 30% deposit is required via PayPal or bank transfer (European Union only). It is not possible to book directly on the website, by choice we want an initial contact with the customer to have more information on tour preferences, to avoid problems related to overestimation or underestimation, and so that the experience is as personal as possible.

    Once we have received all the requested information and given all the necessary information, we will be able to recommend the experience best suited to your needs and we will take care of providing the necessary data to proceed with the booking.

    For last minute bookings (without a deposit paid) it is necessary to send a copy of a document and we depart exclusively from our office in Catania.
    No exceptions will be made.

    We remember that our services, are available every day (even with a minimum notice of 18 hours), including Sundays and holidays. On public holidays, a plus of 50% will be applied to the final price.

    No service is provided on the following days: Christmas, New Year, Easter and 14/15/16 August.

    We receive in our Catania office exclusively by appointment.

    To book your experience you can use the following channels

    Only after having had a first contact for check availability.

    For the final balance you can use the following payment methods:

    • Payment by PayPal also in 3 installments (within 24 hours before the tour)
    • Cash payment to the guide at the end of the tour or at our office
    • Payment by POS in advance only at our office (before the tour departure)
